When we go to an organization, they all have their own business process modelling to help you solve problems. So what’s the business process modelling? “A Business Process Model is commonly a diagram representing a sequence of activities. It typically shows events, actions and links or connection points, in the sequence from end to end.” （Smith，H & Fingar P ，2003）. In my opinion, it’s a detailed flowchart of an activity, record and shows the development process of a thing. To create a model of a business process and to better understands that process. As we all know everything have its beginning also have different variation of the process and development of its tracks, ultimately get what you want to get then things can be resolved. Different organizations have its own systematic business process modelling, it will produce different results depending on the circumstances, but between each situation are interconnected. Based on this business process modelling manager can manage an organization more easily.

When customers create an order on the website, they will follow a standard business process modelling. Customers need to create an order, submit this order, process order, pay the process. When customer validates payment, the website will send order to restaurant. Sometimes, it has changes too. When customers need to pay alternate payment after validate payment, this delivery structure will change. If customers provide alternative payment they can do process order again. If customers don’t want this order on this step they can cancel this order. (e.g. Diagram below)
